Studies have shown that as many as 1 in 3 homes will be attacked by termites in its lifetime. It is therefore very important to have regular termite inspections carried out by a licensed Timber Pest Technician. I consider this to be an important initial assessment of what problems exist, where the problem is, why it is a problem & most importantly, what can be done about it.
